As a Business Development Executive at TNI Tech, you'll have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI camera solutions that revolutionize industries such as retail, transportation, and security.


3. Key Responsibilities

3.1. Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for AI camera products.
  • Identify and target potential customers, including businesses in retail, security, smart cities, and other industries.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients through networking, industry events, and cold outreach.

3.2. Client Relationship Management

  • Engage with clients to understand their pain points and offer tailored AI camera solutions.
  • Present product demonstrations, highlighting AI capabilities such as facial recognition, object detection, and analytics.
  • Provide timely and professional responses to client inquiries and maintain long-term partnerships.

3.3. Market Analysis & Business Development

  • Analyze industry trends, competitive products, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the product team to provide market feedback and suggest new features or improvements.
  • Build relationships with strategic partners, distributors, and resellers to expand the product reach.

3.4. Negotiation & Closing Deals

  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and presentations.
  • Lead contract negotiations and ensure a seamless handoff to the implementation/support team.
  • Achieve and exceed sales quotas on a quarterly and annual basis.

3.5. Collaboration & Reporting

  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop campaigns and generate leads.
  • Regularly report on sales performance, pipeline updates, and market challenges to management.

3.6. Customer Care

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers post-purchase, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
  • Proactively check in with customers to gather feedback and identify additional needs or opportunities for upselling.
  • Work closely with the service team to schedule regular maintenance or updates if needed.

4. Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.
  • At least 3 years working as Business Development/ Sales position.
  • At least 1 years working in Software, AI, and Computer Vision.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Tech-savvy and capable of understanding and explaining AI camera functionalities.
  • Familiarity with KPI.
  • Strong knowledge of AI applications, video analytics, and the camera market is a plus.
  • Experience with eCommerce/Ads platforms is a plus.
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin is a strong advantage.

6. Workplace Details

  • Location: TNI Building, No. 22, 8B Street, An Phu Ward, Thu Duc City, HCMC.
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm (lunch from 12 pm to 1 pm).
